Each
year, East Riding Quality Home Care Ltd conducts a survey among
its clients to measure levels of satisfaction and to identify
ways to further improve the services that we provide. We ask all
our clients to provide us with their views on the overall Care
packages that they receive and on specific aspects such as how
well they felt the carers conduct their duties, and rate their
Carers in terms of punctuality, reliability and politeness.
To
help us identify methods of improving your Quality of life in-line
with the way that Care Quality Commission for Social Care is assessing
us, we also asked feedback from clients on the Quality of their
Life.
