Our Aim:		It is not easy deciding on the best way to obtain care for yourself or a loved one and to make the right choice you need to know about all the options that are available to you. At East Riding Quality Home Care we provide you with the appropriate level of information to help you decide on the level of care that is affordable and fulfils all your needs.
Stage 1 -		Contact us: For your free consultation, give us a call on 01482 635433 and talk to Susan, our Care Manager, who will take some details and ask some questions about any existing conditions, mobility and so on. She will then arrange a convenient time to come to you to carry out a free 'no obligation' assessment of need and prepare a detailed Care Plan.
Stage 2 -		Assessment of your needs: This is a free 'no obligation' assessment where we come to the home to meet the family and the prospective client to be cared for. During this meeting we can answer any questions, inspect the property as a part of our Health and Safety Assessment, discuss the required Care. During this meeting we will prepare a Care Plan to obtain the detail of all your needs from any special needs such as mobility issues, medication etc. to your routines activities. This enables us to prepare an individual care programme that meets your needs.
Stage 3 -		Obtain a Quote: Following the assessment we will prepare a quote to help you see the associated cost of the services that you decided on and prepare a data pack.
Stage 4 -		Assign a Care Worker: We will assign a main care worker for you who will be the first point of contact for your day to day care.
Stage 5 -		Begin Care : Our Care Manager will organise for the care workers to attend the scheduled calls to carry out the activities listed in your care plan. The Care Manager will also regularly re-assess your needs to ensure that the Care Plan is up to date and you are satisfied with your services.
